The Amsterdam Hotel

great location and friendly staff. Large clean room and a excellent value for the price.

The bed could use a little bit softer mattress.

Great staff

Little too close to the action but that could be a plus for most people.

Great location and clean!

Tv didn’t offer cnn

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

No TV signal throughout my stay—no TV signal. Staff couldn’t say when service would return. Shower head and faucet need cleaning; water flows slowly in all directions.

nothing atolle very old and bad furntuers

my room with out window and on grand floor very old furnters bad lacation and i ask to change my room they refused and they need to pay extra money and from your side you should explain for us about the room

location is great. located directly on walking street. staff , security guard and housekeeping where all extremely pleasent at all times.

friendly staff, clean, location and it is a large room. bed was very hard but they immediately put a topper on it when i brought it to their attention .hot water and cold AC

Location was great, with food, beauty and other services in walking distance. We enjoyed eating at the hotels restaurant. Very close to SM City Clark, 5 minutes walk. The reception staff was the best we have experienced in all of Philippines in recent years.

Having to climb stairs to 4th floor, the hardness of the beds and air conditioning not working at first. Reported air conditioning and they repaired straight away though.

The staff were amazing; always polite and courteous. The room was big enough to spread out all my things. Good hot shower, TV, fully-stocked fridge and a safe were all appreciated. The best feature is the location - right in the Middle of Walking Street.

I wish the room had a kettle.

EVERYTHING!!! Great staff, plenty of goodies in the room. Awesome food menu for room service. Room is BIG!! Bathroom is big!!! Separate shower separate bath..Location in the very middle of EVERYTHING!! Thank you ? great security too

Not one complaint.. perfect hotel experience!

handy location

nothing not to like all good..traffic bad hard to cross main road.

The Hotel is located in the pedestrian street, which makes it safe to Walk at night. I arrived very late at night and I felt safe at all time. I also wish I had tried the mexican restaurant. Finally, I have to thank the staff for they allowed me to stay a bit longer because I needed to sleep more. Thank you!

Location was perfect! It was right in the middle of walking street. Also loved that they had a working AC unit to deal with the heat. The restaurant in the hotel was also convenient. But overall the staff was the cherry on top. The service received was top notch.

Well they had to put me on the fourth floor which was not ideal. Three flights of stairs after a long flight is no fun. Plus the fourth floor is unbearably hot so that’s also another issue.

Average . Location was good

Rooms can be lit better . Bed can improve

Right in the middle of the 'walking street' area which makes it nice sometimes if you're into that sort of thing. The staff are all extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. They'll go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. There's a cool mexican-style restaurant (Agave) attached to the hotel that has great food and drinks! Highly recommend!

The only thing that I found to be a little bit clunky was the room power-key and the door key were attached to a very large metal style lanyard which was a little bit difficult to fit into your pocket to take walks around and such. On the plus side, if you ever dropped it you would absolutely hear it.

Clean ..strong Wi-Fi … in the middle of alll the actions ion walking street

Club music at night time but it was given bc of the location

Did not have

Laundry 1,500 which is 25 euro express laundry still to expensive

Little bit old

Location. Is not what I expected. Working construction on the road.

Location and staff good

Very hard no elevator

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, nice bathroom, mini bar had a huge selection at a good price which was nice, very good location if you enjoy the nightlife scene, good security guards who are also very friendly. Also allows smoking in the room. Staff was helpful arranging laundry and airport taxi. Room had a very 90s vibe which I actually really liked. Highly recommend definitely seems like the best value hotel in the area.

Very good service people, very good location.

No non-smoke room.
